Poor Service

Hi,

I am Sundarraj, an victim of pathetic customer service from a bunch of irresponsible individuals from the ARAS Motors, Madurai. I own a CHEV BEAT and met with an accident on 14th Nov. Since then my car is in the service centre without any improvement. Each and every time I took pains to visit the service centre which was always a waste of time for me. I am surprised that none of them are taking efforts to solve the issue rather they invest all that energy in making lame excuses and false promises. This becomes more ridiculous when am getting the same treatment even from the MD of the showroom. All of them are so punctual in missing the deadlines. Hats off to this excellent team who puts in exemplary efforts towards customer satisfaction This is a classic example of harassing the customer. I have decided to approach you to get this issue resolved ASAP.
