Negligence and Cheating

I bought my car Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT from Trident Chevrolet, Bangalore on 09-09.I gave it for 5000kms service on 10-01 and explained the problems with my car that need to be fixed as:

1. One Tyre loosing pressure very fast (fitted on front left side)

2. I am getting very less fuel efficienty of 14kmpl in city. (everyone else is getting 18-19kmpl for the same car in same city).

3. To do the wheel alignment that was pending from the time I got the alloy wheel fitted at their service centre.

4. Lubricate the doors as they were making sound.

After service they told me that they have fixed everything and returned my car on 11-01. On 14-01 afternoon, I was going for shopping. During driving when I applied brakes, I lost the control of my car and was about to collide with a wall. I noticed it was because front left tyre was almost running flat. I was cheated by service centre telling that they have fixed the problem. I could have got killed due to their negligence.

When I calculate the Fuel efficienty by Full tank to Full tank method I found that even that problem was not fixed. Later I found that none of the problem I repoted before the service was fixed and I was cheated. I talked to the service staion guy and they were not ready to come and take the car and give me a replacement vehicle for the duration they wanted to keep my car.

I am a working man and I don't have time to go for service again and again, specially in this case of negligence and cheating. I don't want to get killed by using the car full of problem. I want them to fix the problem without causing any convenience to me or take their car back and return my hard earned money if they can't service it properly.
