Negligence and Cheating

I gave my car for 5000kms service on 10-01 and explained the two major problems that One Tyre is loosing pressure very fast and I am getting very less fuel efficiency of 14kmpl in city. After service they told me that they have fixed everything.

On 14-01 afternoon, I was going for shopping. During driving when I applied brakes, I lost the control of my car and was about to collide with a wall. I noticed, it was because front left tyre was almost running flat. I could have got killed due to their negligence. Later I found that even fuel efficiency problem was not fixed.

I talked to the service station guy and they were not ready to come and take the car to fix the problem.

I don't want to get killed by using the car full of problem. I want them to fix the problem without causing any convenience to me or take their car back and return my hard earned money if they can't service it properly.
