Milage & Starting Pickup

Sir my name is manoj kumar, im from patna, i work in state bank of india recently i bought a chevrolet beat car petrol version from pandey moter, patna on 02 september and im having lots of problem in the car, some serious problems are that my car is giving milage of only 4 to 5 km per liter and also there is a pickup problem in my car, i complained to pandey motors about that but they reply that it is not a major problem it happen's in all beat model. im not so much rich that i can afford that type of petrol drinking car, ...please help me... i think that this model of the car is not good... i read a lot in internet about the problem facing customer of chevrolet beat... and they are also facing the same problem... sorry for the bad english...
