I have bought a Chevrolet Spark on 28th January. The dealer charges me Rs 6500 for loan approving fee. But when the statement come through bank which was only 1600-1700. So I got surprised, I asked dealer to refund the balance amt with application.

But after lots of follow up dealer is not agree. Very Poor responce from dealer. Pls tell me where should i complaint.

Also the dealer has given me local stero instead of Company fitted good stero.
