Regards car delivery

We have ordered a Beat car in specified showroom in Puducherry. We have paid the down payment of 1, 15, 000 & got the Car Loan approved from Axis bank. They are not delivering the car. We paid money 45days ago. Still we haven't got the car. We requested them to cancel the order and give the money back. They are asking for 6000 as cancellation fee. Please help us in this Situation
