Tail lamp damaged

I have purchased a Chevrolet Spark LT model from the authorised delaer at Nagpur, M/s Star Motors, Kamptee Road, Nagpur on 30/04, bearing engine no. B10S1494721KC2 & Chasis No. MA6MF481CAH046270. At the time of delivery it was observed that the Plastis shell of tail lamp was cracked from inside. The dealer promised to replace the same. Though a period of 7 days has lapsed the replacement of tail lamp cover is not forthcoming.

I have made a complaint in writing on 07/05 & HR manager Mr. Sinha acknowledged the complaint by putting his signature but refused to put the dealer rubber stamp on the complaint.

I request the Chevrolet India to kindly look into teh matter & direct teh dealer to replace the tail lamp immediately.
