Defect in New Ca

I had bought Beat Diesel from Autovikas Dwarka New Delhi (april), Engine oil started leaking after very first service (within a month of purchase). I have still not got my car, they are now changing its engine itself. Worst after sales service ever seen.

Written mail to their sales GM, not a single response from him/her. Not available on the phone also, its really pathetic that one buy a car for the convenience and end up running around in the workshop.
