Poor Servicing

Sir, Myself Mr. Arun Kumar Jena, Patia, Bhubaneswar have puchased a Chevrolet Spark, Model no - LT, colour - Red on 28-12 from Super Sales, Cuttack. After one month of purchasing I have got a discolour spot on the back side of my car. I have complaining in the service more times about that. They were keeping my car in their service center for 2-3 days on every servicing, but that spot has not removed yet. I am not getting satisfied in their servicing in last one year. So please take any serios step about it, otherwise I will go to the consumer court.
