Aftersl poor service

I was bought new spark 9 month ago from nanavati motors before 3month it was been an accident and some scratches at left side front door when i went at the service center there told me it is not in a claim rules so we do some new scratches on the body and after we will claim now after do this they told me its charge 6000rs job u must pay it now what can i do i cant understand about this.
