AC not working

I am pitiable customer for Chevrolet, i got a Spark PS model in Sep' 2007. Since the day of purchase i had given my car for service just for AC Complaint. I would have given my car more than 25 times for the same and the local service provider will give some reasons and say the AC will work hence forth. Again after couple of weeks there will be a problem, i will again take the vehicle for Service.

Upon escalation to Chevy toll number, i get only the service call number and a pleasing reply, till now the problem is not resolved, the service provider has to be chased to check on the status of the vehicle and the GM of the service provider or the mechanic will also not come on line when ever we call them. The car has been agreed for 3 year warranty and the number of days i had left my vehicle in the service center in the last 3 years for the AC complaint will be close to 100 days.

I am totally annoyed on the way GM is responding to customers. Do let me know what action i can take on them
