Sound coming

I have brought a new spark car in May from Ram Hari Motors. From the first day some tick tick sound is coming from the dash board which i have shown in first service to Ram hari Motors but they did not trace out the problem and sorted it. After that i have shown it in second service to Jai Shree Motors kangra which also did not trace out the problem. I have also registered complaint in Jai Shree motors and they promised to send company engineer to check the problem but still nobody has attended the complaint. Now with time very loud sound is coming from the dashboard which also disturb during driving so you Pl look into the matter and resolve the problem.
