Car slow down after one KM drive

My Car chevrolet spark LS model year Jan, since purchase car is not up to the Mark, problem is that when i drive for one km after giving full accelator the car slow down completly, I have taken car on three occasion at Ashtavinayak Auto Service Centre at Jogeshwari (West), but they can't even today solve car problem due to slow down on two occasion i had excape two serious accident I have given complain dated 23rd Dec at Ashtavinayak service centre Jogeshwari but no response form them kindly help me, my and my family life is in danger for driving this chevrolet spark car, or any permanent solution is there?
