No Delivery Of Gas Not Picking The Call

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Dhananjay H. Waghmare I am from kalyan east & I am the

customer of Chirau Gas Agencies

My Gas no is 610815 the reason behind launch this complaint against *Chirau

gas agency* in Kalyan (E) is

from last one year I am fed up of being exploited & victimized of this

Chirau Gas agency they are giving so much harassment to me and other

customer's

from last one year whenever my gas cylinder become empty I have to

suffer lot of terror of this Chirau gas agency

this time I crossed all the limits of being victimized by Chirau now I

am losing my all patience towards Chirau Gas agency that's why I am giving this complaint

Because this time I requested for my gas on 12th of July and today

is 4th August after 23 days still I don't received the gas cylinder my

request no is 8157

you won't believe just because of no gas at my home & the negligence &

irresponsibility of Chirau's gas agency

from last two days Me & My 74 years old mother are eating food from Hotel!

I told this matter to counter girls but still they are ignoring to

deliver the gas cylinder,

isn't it hight of exploiting & monopoly of Gas agencies?

the problems of Chirau Gas Agencies are as below

1) Counter girls don't have manners to talk with customer's

2) Counter girls don't pick the customer's call.

3) Chirau gas agencies never take serious to customer

5) Always late delivery of gas cylinder

6) Lots of negligence about there responsibility

7) They don't aware the seriousness of the gas in daily routine life

8) They don't care whatever customer suffering from
