DELAY IN DELIVERY

I booked gas for home delivery on before one month over the phone on 2745520, 2747001, but till today not deliver. whenever i make phone calls no response from their and always busy and they are not picking the phone. I'am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with CHITTOOR GAS AGENCIES, STADIUM BUILDING, KOLLAM. My gas agency consumer number is 1093.I'am not getting cylinder on time in every booking I kindly request to take a better action against this and please solve this problem.
