Service Complaint

I have lots of complaints with the services of CI Automobiles (TVS), I purchased Scooty pep in May and from the day one it has a missing problem, that i always tell at the workshop at the time of servicing, but it is still there, last service date is 25.09.10, i mentioned the starting problem by kick and self both, but after taking 6-7 hrs of sreving there is no change, only replied, parts is not available.

once i gave one new tyre to change front one, but they change rear...

in this two years not even my single problem has solved...

very bad service i should say, and i'll never ever suggect TVS vehicle to purchese...
