XUV 500 W6
Delievery Date Extended after confirmation

I booked XUV 500 W6 Black in the first week of October. I got a confirmation Call from Mahindra & Mahindra as well as from Koncept Automobiles, Noida regarding the delivery Date of my W6 Black. They confirmed me 14th Nov. They get my loan Sactioned and disbursed into Koncept Automobiles Account. Now on 14th Nov when I went to take the delivery, I was informed that It is extended and now the date is 29th November.

This is really pathetic situation. How can date be extended to some many days. It could be accepted for one or two days, but it is extended 15 days ahead. This is really horrible. I want Mahindra and Koncept both to take soem serious action on it as this is not a good thing to deal with a customer. If my compaint did not got cleared off, I would forced to take leagal action on it by going to Consumer Court.
