My complaint no. is IC10963 & it has been over 40 dayz now... tht i hve complaint'd for my r-15's fuel pump replacement 2 my local dealers as my bike hasnt even crossed its frst anniversary & yet its fuel pump is giving me problems!!

M totally frustrated with the customer care agents as well as my local dealer .. as they always have conflicting excuses!

All i wanna know is WHERE CAN I COMPLAINT ABT THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES TO YAMAHA!! AS WELL AS GET A COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL ANGUISH & THE NEVER ENDING WAIT I AM FACING!!

Totally disgusting service!!
