Amount is debited from the credit card but did not receive any information of confirmation of booking and there is no respond from yatra team

I have made the booking for RS 30, 000 through yatra.com website and the amount is debited from the credit card account but i did not receive any confirmation of booking or PNR number or any other document relating to the same. When i contacted the staff there is no proper response from their end about the money fund or about rebooking my tickets without any charge.
