Sir I am Dr Upendra Nath Dash, had taken a car loan NO- CEJ 198-0202993 in 2001 and already cleared the loan long back, I have not yet received the NOC from the company, for which i am unable to transfer the car to some other person. Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
