Citi Financial Retails Services India Ltd
No Dues Certificate

I had taken a loan for purchase of my Bike for Rs. 20, 000/- in the year Bike Registeration number is DL3SAB9038. But i have not yet received the "No Due Certificate" from the bank, I know it is very late now, but i have to sale my Bike & still in the RC HP is registered so i can not sale.

I had approached the CITI bank sereral times, since I do not know the Loan Account number so I had shown the bank statement, RC, PAN No., Telephone number of that time, but they are saying they are unable to trace the Loan A/c number.

Now the Agency from whom I had purchased the bike is also closed.

Any Citi Financial Retail Services is not helping, I do not know how to get ther No Dues Certificate from the Citi Financial.
