Non delivery of my Parcels

As I am moving to New Zealand, I have done courrier of 4 parcels to New Zealand, on 28 February, form Navargpura post office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. from that 1 parcel I am getting on 12 march.

Today on 28 April two months are completed but I dont found my 3 parcels.

I have lost my 4000 Rs. Luggage and the courrier charge of 6000 Rs.

With this, the website of Indiapost is worst worst and most worst. As we do complain over there, we can't do it... every time they asking for destination and post office centre etc.etc... so many time I have tried it but fail to post my complain...
