Irresponsible Behaviour and abrupt cancellations

I booked a cab from City Cabs for 6:30 PM at 12:30 PM the same day. I was told that I'll get a SMS 40 mins prior to the booked time with the Chauffer and the cab details. At 6:05 PM I called up asking for the details, and again I was told that it'll be sent in next 5 mins. Again called up at 6:15 PM and the executive said that the booking is cancelled. She again checked it and said that I ll get the SMS within 10 mins failing which they'll arrange a cab for me. I asked if she could give me the Chauffer details so taht without wasting any time I could get in contact with him. She said that she cannot do this and kept repeating that I ll receive a SMS. On asking to forward the call to her senior, she abruptly ended the call with the famous 'Thank You for Chosing City Cabs. Have a Nice Day!!! '. I called up again after 10 mins and the executive told me that my booking has been cancelled.

Because of this unruly and unprofessional behaviour of the call center executives and hardly any time at hand I missed my train.
