Sub: Transfer of membership to new cars & excessive payment to Race

Kind Attention Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary/Sh. Nischal

With reference to my letter dated 26.03. including our numerous mails to you over a period of time, it is regretted that no response has been received by us till date.

1.We had requested for transfer of

(a) Membership no. DEL000043701 from Honda DL7CF 3872 to Honda City DL12CC 6222 &

(b) Hundai I.10 no. DL4CAJ 1663, membership no. DEL 000043702 to Ritz VDI no. DL9CU 6222.

Please do the needful & acknowledge.

2. On checking my accounts, we find that we had renewed membership for three cars on 4/3 for Rs. 1095.00 @ 365.00 per car, against cheque no. 792646, dt 4.3. drawn on Indian Bank, Kashmere Gate, Delhi.

In December we were informed that our membership has expired & payment of Rs. 1350.00, @ 450.0 per car was made vide cheque no. 413167, dt. 28.12. drawn on Indian Bank, Kashmere Gate.

Kindly explain why was the payment collected after only nine months & not thirteen months as per renewal scheme in March.
