Gas not deliver in time

It is allways very difficult to book a cylinder on telephone as all telephones (23968528, 23915293, 23963517) given by them are allways either busy or no-response. It tooks 3-4 days for hours of dialing to book gas cylinder.which causes lot of irritation and time waste.

I registered a gas cylinder on 28.01 2010 at C Lal & Sons (Gas) Agency, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi, which is not delivered till now (05 FEB). This is not the first time that we have received the gas cylinder after 10 days. Early action is needed.
