Dear official,

Early Dec 09, I have shifted my household from Jamshedpur to Kolkata. We gave the assignment to Classic International, Jamshedpur.

The packers & movers promised a 6 wheeler truck & material's delivery in Kolkata on 6th Dec 09. But out of my surprise they only delivered 90% of the materials and 10% didn't come. On contacting it was told that the same will be delivered within 24 hours but again they failed to keep the promise and I am yet to receive my materials.

Please help.
