Not received goods which were sent 2 months ago

My name is Aby and I sent across my cargo from dubai almost

2 months ago through a cargo company by the name of classic star

cargo. This cargo company has a branch in kerala also. Everytime I call

the office in Kerala they keep saying that the goods are under clearance

something which is hard to believe as i sent these goods almost 2

months ago I dont know how to take action

against these people. Could you please advise my course of action

against this company? Would really appreciate your response.
