Harrasment by the distributo

I am booked a swift car on 21 january and i also pay the advance booking payment and the dealers said to me your car is delivered in 2 or 3 month at the booking time my booking serial number on the distributor list is 29 and after 2 months i come back in dealers office and they saw to me your car is not delivered u wait for next month but i saw how much car deliv ered in 2 months they said to me only 2 cars is delivered n two month and i requested to him please gave m the booking list of your agency so they can't gave the booking list . but at that time the booking time is over than 3 months an 21 days please be cleared which is delivered my ca
