The above mentioned Gas ageny have come up with options like telephonic cyliner gas booking, through automated no's 12665 & also customer service desk no's 022 25154984, 25154984, 25506465, 25516465.In their terms they Pledge that they will provide refill within 24 hrs but the reality speaks different, I had booked by gas on 22nd April 08 atlast but I had tried to book gas from 15th April the line was busy or line disconnected.
Till date I had not recd the Cylinder, when I call to know the status from the customer care it is a horrible experience, I found myself speaking to a market fisherwomen, she order wait wait for 3 more day & disconnected the line, not even gother to listen the customer query.
Strong action against has to be taken against this gas agency, Iam planning to go Consumer court for this kind of harassment againt the customers.
