Cheating in Car Servicing

Hi

This is to bring to your notice that i "Prabhat Kumar Singh on Behalf of my Wife Divya Kanchanbaras" owner of Maruti UP 15L-3242 gave my car for servicing at CM Automobiles (Maruti Authorized Service Centre - Mayur Vihar Phase I) on May 2, for coolant leakage problem.

I was out of town & On May 3 it was told told to my wife that radiator & water pump of the car need to be replaced to fix the problem. The car was handed over to my wife on May 4 with a bill of Rs 6378 (Bill Photo Attached - Bill.jpg) & apart of radiator & water pump so many parts are changed without consulting us. The basic coolant leakage problem (photo attached - Coolant Leakage.jpg) still persist as of now, i took the car to CM Automobiles to question the same and they told me that this a bigger issue and you need to spend some more money.
