Non Delivery of goods

On January 6, I had sent 8 cardboard boxes through CNI Logistics from Bengaluru to New Delhi. I paid Rs. 6000/- and have all the receipts with me. It took one month for the goods to reach New Delhi. We ran helter skelter to follow up but CNI Logistics was very unfriendly and uncourteous. Their business functioning should be taught in B-schools as how not to run a business.

After one month we receive 7 packets and one box with a blanker goes missing. After regular and rigorous follow ups, there is no use. When we called the number 044-26505401 and told a lady that we will be filing a case, she said go ahead and do that. Then when we called the number 0940254011, another man picked up the phone and said if you file a case it will anyway tale a lot of time. So call next week. This next week has been happening for 6 months now.

Till today we have given CNI Logistics a business of close to 50000/- in 3 years. Can someone pls help? I as a citizen of India pledge that come what may CNI Logistics will never get any business from me or anyone remotely known to me.

This is the only company where the boss doesnt know what his subordinates do and subrodinates dont do anything. Unprofessional, Uncourteous, rude, preposterous, Unpresumptous... for CNI, the list goes on.
