SPURIOUS PART FITMENT (T P Sensor unit

1. I bought TATA indigo Lx car on 18 apr from gurgaon (dhingra motors show room).

2. few days back i noticed problem of AC cooling efficiency in my car.

3. I am serving in ARMY and posted at JABALPUR (MP).

4. I went to COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD . for repair on 24 apr and the wksp manager is Mr.anil.

5. It was told to me that TP SENSOR UNIT is required to be replaced and was replaced on payment for Rs.2, 062.with labour charge of Rs 249 .Along with taxes a sum of Rs 2623 was paid.

6. I asked for the defected item to be handed over to me and i found that defected piece was of LUCAS company but the replaced one was of some other company and not of LUCAS company.

7. you are requested to guide what action is to be taken in this regard as my AC is again started givining problem.
