Efund for not using Airtel Friends Chat

I never used friendship.chat of Bharti Airtel. Just by opening the messages sent by the firm, Rs.25/- has been deducted. For the last two three months they have their own renewing this. It is requested that all messages from Airtel may be stopped immediately and amount deducted may be refunded to me at once.
