Message delivery failure

Messages in other states not delivered while charges are cutting from my prepaid account.

There is no reply from Customer care while I want to contact them.

I cant understand Kannada language and its difficult to reach the Exicutive by calling on 9886098860.

The Executives on 111 are always busy.

After a lot of trials when I reached the Excutive, he asks me to wait and the call is disconnecting.

Then again... Try... Try... Try...
