Poor service

I am getting my car repaired & serviced from Competant motors DADA BARI Meharuli Delhi since i bought this new SX- 4 about 33 monthes back. Ther is a noice coming from below driver seat since last three services. I have sent the car to them even specially for the purpose. But with no results. Otherwise also I had to change my tyre after 45000 Km because of wheel allignment problem which the service centre has not been able to solve from Day 1.
