Complaint against reckless Cab driver
Drunk and drive @ morning hours

This is regarding the incident occurred yesterday morning. The Cab driver of KA 01 C 7621 was drunk and over took his Indica from left hand side. Due to high traffic at HAL road, the cab driver without any horn bruised my car and broke his window. To my surprise instead of asking sorry he started to abusing and hitting my left hand mirror with hand. this caused breaking of mirror and for no fault of mine. Since i am not a localite my complaint against the CAB driver was not encouraged at HAL police station and there is no action taken against him.

My question is: "If rules are made to be followed by all. Then why there is diversion on the same for localities and non- localities"
