The complete transport charges Rs. 18000.oo paid, on 3rd May paid balance Rs. 10, 000/-
They committed to deliver the goods on 3rd May Night, again while asking they told to be deliver on 4th May, again they told your luggage is in Bangalore only from last 10 days, so far every day while asking they keep on misguiding & telling different -different story all the day.
today while asking - told by Arun at 2pm that today night by 10pm you will recieve the luggage, but it coudn't happenned as per there commitment, again follow up for my luggage at 10pm- Ankit told that tomorrow on 9th May by morning 10am you will get your luggage.
in case of luggage not recieved by tomorrow, going to take legal action against the company!
