Delay in delivering the goods

My luggage has been loaded from Delhi- Dwarka on 18th april the company's representative committed to deliver the goods on 23rd April, but couln't turn up on that date, & mis-guiding to me saying differrent excuses by your representative Surendar, Prashant, Anurag, Arun sharma,

(9350510856, 9818230856, 9910371015, 0124-4382183, 9312229965, 9910371015- Delhi-Gurgaon number's) Kuldeep asking to deposit the balance amount first, total amount was agreed mutually Rs. 18, 000 including insurance of 1000 Rs, after getting the luggage loaded, no body turn up saying your luggage is more, when asking for the luggage to deliver- keep on saying dfferent words, now i have already deposited the balance amount of Rs, 10000 to the account no. 002105500244, icici bank, (pay to THM Car tpt.co.), dated 3rd May earlier taken 8000 Rs. cash in Delhi & given me the reciept of Rs.8000.00, as per them the goods to be deliver today, 5th May but still i am suffering with mental torture, i don't know where is my fault, please help me to come out of this situation, after getting the ful payment, no body is picking the phone, neither they are worried for there services. they have not given me the reciept of Rs. 10, 000 & the insurance paper of my goods,

How the company is going to win the customer&& the services provided by the company's representative is pathetic&-it's really very painful for me & my family...

PLEASE, CO-OPERATE US TO COME OUT OF THIS SITUATION & DELIVER MY GOODS
