Delivering Submearged Vehicle

We purchased four vehicles from Concorde Motors Mumbai and was due to be delivered on 14th July but it was delayed from the dealer side on one reason or the other, growing suspicion of delay I visited the stock yard in Anjur Pada Bhiwandi the real reason was cleared as the vehicles were damaged by submerging in rain water, which was approximately three feet's. The dealers are trying delivering the same damaged vehicles after doing a quick fix job which we are reluctant to accept we demand other good vehicles as no one will like to pay for new vehicles and get damaged one. The Chassis nos of these vehicles are as follows 44332, 43945, 41203 &43952.
