Consignment not reached the destination

I booked my consignment including a motorcycle and home items on 12th July and they told that it will reach in 3-5 days or max in a week, but it has still not reached, when trying to contact the no. given on the receipt, either nobody is responding or they are not talking properly and being very rude. It seems like they dont bother.

The consignment note no. is 347 given on the reciept.
