last month of april my data one usage until 24 april only 2100mb, after six days we use only 4 hors

now account showing 9767 this i canot belive how to happend . this month may 9 days our usage 560 showing this avarage only iam alwyas use our net. plsaes chek our account probalm send resanabal bill for the month of apri.
