Cooking gas
Not delivering the filled gas in time

My consumer no. is 4294. i have booked for a gas (refill) on 6th april at M/s J.K gas agency, Parassala, Trivandrum, Kerala (Phone 0471- 2202090) in the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week. After waiting 10 days when I did not get the delivery, I again and again i called the office to to enquire about the gas, thier response was not satisfied one and till the date the gas has not been delivered. The agency people are not picking the phone whenever I make a phone call. This is very rediculous. from the last two weeks we are cooking the food on fire woods. Indane gas service is really poor. Please help us to be continue with your service!!!
