Cooking Gas cylinder
Not getting gas cylinder throuh home delivery

I m a consumer in sambalpur of lipi gas agency and my consumer id is s16290.i had booked a cylinder for refilling on 22/03/10. and i have been waiting for the delivery of cylinder till 16/04/10, by which time i suppose to ge tthe refilled one through home delivery, but not.when i enquireed at counter today, i was told that they have no one to deliver and its my duty to take the cylinder from the godwan itself.this the third time i was asked so.i am also humilated by the agent through his misbehaviour which made me feeling bad .so please look into this matter and take necessary step which will help me to get the cylinder on proper time.
