Not providing Taxi/Ca

We had booked a car for seven Person, vide cash Memo No 3592 & date of journey was 5/10 time 12.00 Am (Night) Add: B-249, Gali-13, Tomar Colony, Burari, Near (Govt School Back Side) for the tour of viashno devi Temple from from the Travel company “Cool Himachal Tour & Travel Company”, address: Head Office Shop No 8, Main Bus Stand Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi -84.

The Travel Agency did not provided the taxi on schedule time & date 5/10.

We made number of calls to the mobile no 9811407240 & 9311407240 on 5/10 night from 11.00 PM (night) to 1.30 AM but they had not gave any positive response and finally he didn’t provide the any taxi as scheduled. Due to which we suffered lots of problems and having mental agony through out the night by the entire seven people and our tour program was failed. Due to which we arranged another taxi at the higher price.
