About Reservation

Dear Sirs,

With refer to mentioned subject I used to travel by central railways from Akola- Mumbai and mumbai to akola as I am doing job in Akola and my husband doing job in mumbai so in this regard I travel very frequently on this route.

Sir I am surprised by the new system for confirmation of reservtions. If I booked waitlisted ticket it got confirmed in RAC means with sharing one birth with two persons whereas you are taking the full ticket money. I totally disagree with your present system if you do not update the same we will have no option t move to consumer court against indian railways because I am travelling with one year old baby and ts very difficult to manage sharing the birth with other person.

My husaband is also facing same problem.

So I request you to change the reservation confirmation system immediately cause we feel it as cheating of the passengers.
