Digitalm Piano delivered on motorbike!

My digital piano and stand (2 items) were entrusted to CREATIVE CARGO, Bangalore for delivery to Mumbai city on 19th February. The manager assured us that it would be delivered within 4-5 days. When a week had passed we called up and were told that the piano was held up as they wanted to send it with other fragile items so that the item was given utmost care. After two weeks the piano finally moved out of Bangalore. On Monday the 5th of Feb they called for directions to my residence. I looked out of my balcony trying looking for a big van when I nearly died of shock. Two men were riding a bike with My PIANO TIED THE SIDE!!! It was an unbelievable sight I will never forget! The men sneaked into a neighboring building thinking I had not spotted them. They came out of their hiding carrying the piano on their shoulders. When I accosted them their argument was this: their van/carrier was not permitted to enter the city so they used a BIKE!! And they had charged me Rs 4, 500/. My Questions:

Is a motorbike the right vehicle to transport a fragile musical insstrument??

If CREATIVE CARGO are professional operators why aren't they permitted to enter Mumbai? Are they a shady company?

I am writing this so that other consumers will be wary of CREATIVE CARGO and will not trust them with valuable and fragile goods!

Since I am an active life member of CGSI I plan to write in their newsletter about this unbelievable experience with this packers and movers.
