Service not provided as per agreement

On Monday i.e 17-May i called up Crossroad and logged complaint regarding my vehicle but they were not able to deliver their service as per their contract which is half an hour and after waiting for above 1 hr my father had to board taxi for going to Jaipur which cost him Rs.3500/-. Yesterday same thing happened again and after waiting for their service for 1hr 30 mins I am logging complaint against them as its being fraud to customers for not providing services on time. Please take neccessary action and try to refund my amount of taxi from Crossroad. My details is as under:-
