C.R Scooters/ Honda Dio
Chasses Number and engine number is different in Vehicle from the Number Indicated in Invoice and R.C Book

Dear Sir,

Myself "Khyati Rathore" purchased "Honda Dio" in"19-Sep- 2008" from "C.R Scooters", my vehicle has meat with an accident that the company has given me different dio because engine number and chasses number in vehicle is not matching the number indicated in Invoice and R.C Book, i complaint about this to company they told that this mistake is made by us and we will sought out this problem bt since one month is over and they are not answering properly. And Insurance company told us to do it as soon as possible because if the Vehicle meat with an accident then they are not going to settle the claim, as engine number and chasses number is different in vehicle from the number indicated in R.C Book and Invoice.

Kindly acknowledge the same, and try to do as soon as it is possible.
