Illegal construction on public road

i want to inform you that a shop owner of M/s C S Auto Center, Booth No 820 B, Sector 22 A, Chandigarh has illegally constructed

a first floor on the roof of his booth, which is against the law and he has also constructed a pit of approx five feets on the public road

which becomes inconvinience to the public and the traffic. Please kindly do the needfull as it may lead to some accident or some collapse.
