Worker of service center broken chamber screw and not changing the part

My bike number is RJ 14 GS 5981 i have given my bike to service on (akar motors) in jaipur rajasthan i am unsatisfied with their work they have given my bike and by mistake of workers of akar motors the oil pipe {chamber screw } is broken the oil is leaking from the bike and they have denied to change the part and they are simply pasting the screw with m-seal i want to change the part because further it will damage the bike..
